HANDS

This collection is titled hands because it captures the introspection of a simple touch.

The first painting captures a friendship that withstand many storms and through it all, though all else might fall. The great hands of friendship has seen it all and together they stand tall. There is so much you can learn from a couple just by observing how they hold each others hands. A tight grip can seem secure or if held too tight the heart might seem sore. The nerves ending sits in our palms and sometimes we take it for granted that a gentle touch can mean so much. I decided to focus on the hands in this series of collection just as a reminder that every embrace leaves us with an energy signature from an inkless touch and carves a sacred memory from those that mean so much. Even the word hands has 5 letters one letter for each finger. 5 is also a number in numerology that signifies change. We are in the ever changing hands of time and when we align with our divinity we capture eternity.
